This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, when you contact us, and when you play our game(s).

1) Website

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on our website, and the website itself does not set cookies.

Data processed

  • Server/log data: When you visit the website, our systems and service providers may process technical data such as IP address, date/time of access, requested page, device/browser information, and similar log data needed to deliver and secure the site.
  • Contact form: When you send us a message, we process the details you provide — your name (optional), email address, topic and message. The message is delivered to our email inbox. To prevent abuse, the form temporarily stores a one-way hash of your IP address for up to one hour.
  • Embedded videos: Some game pages may offer trailers hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click play; after that, YouTube (Google) processes data under its own privacy policy.
  • External links: Links to stores and other sites (such as Steam, itch.io and impress.games) are covered by those services' own privacy policies.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Operating, securing, and troubleshooting the website (legitimate interests).
  • Answering your messages and inquiries (legitimate interests).

Retention

We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for ordinary business record-keeping.

2) Game(s) — Crash reporting

If crash reporting is enabled, the game may send crash reports and diagnostic events to Sentry to help us find and fix bugs and improve stability.

Data processed

  • Crash details such as error information and stack traces
  • Game version/build and platform information
  • Device/OS information
  • Time of the crash and technical context leading up to the crash (for example, app actions immediately before the crash)

Data minimization

We configure our crash reporting to reduce personal data collection where possible (for example, disabling default “attach PII” settings). However, crash data can sometimes include personal data (for example, a username in a file path or text that ends up in logs).

Purposes and legal basis

Debugging, quality assurance, and improving game stability (legitimate interests).

3) Sharing and service providers

We use service providers to operate our website and crash reporting, including:

  • Hostinger (website hosting and contact form delivery)
  • Cloudflare (website delivery/security services)
  • Sentry (crash reporting/diagnostics)

We do not sell personal data.

4) Your choices

In-game crash reporting

You can disable crash reporting in the game settings (Settings → Privacy/Diagnostics or similar). When disabled, the game will stop sending new diagnostic events where possible; a restart may be required for full effect depending on platform/crash handling.

5) Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. To use these rights, contact us at[email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Finland, theOffice of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

6) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
